PURCHASING GOODS FROM OUR ONLINE STORE
Every effort has been made by MPRO to make the information about products services and the pricing on our website as accurate as possible, however customers should be aware that discrepancies and human error may occur. If we discover a mistake in the information on the site we will rectify quickly and notify any customers that this may involve. If the error is with pricing we will contact the customer with the correct price and they can then decide if they would like to proceed or cancel their order. In some cases the colour of a product may vary and may not be that of the colour in the pictures or descriptions displayed on this website. If the colour of the product you wish to purchase is of importance please contact customer services by emailing info@mpro.mobi or by calling 0845 833 9995.
STOCK
All products displayed on this website are usually kept in stock, but from time to time usually after multiple orders; stock of particular models may become exhausted. If this is the case we will inform the customer. Under normal circumstances stock will be replenished with 7-10 days and in some rare circumstances it may take longer. If a particular product becomes obsolete an alternative may be offered or a refund at the customers discretion.

Any orders & information made by those under 18 years of age must be made with the consent of a parent or guardian. The cardholder must be available to give information if the person ordering is under the age of 18.
Please Note, we reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
All Prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling the order or continuing with the order at the correct price.
In all cases MPRO requires receipt of cleared funds in pounds sterling, prior to goods being shipped.
FRAUD
MPRO will not tolerate attempts to make orders by fraudulent means. Any attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities and all information we have been given will be passed on to them.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the consumer protection distance selling regulations 2000; you will have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery. This will start the day after your goods are delivered.
To cancel your order you must email us at info@mpro.mobi this must be done within 7 working days of your delivery and you must quote your customer reference number and give the full reason for wanting to cancel your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is returned to MPRO in a secure and safe manner. MPRO will only accept back goods that are in the condition in which they were originally sent out. All packaging and any product covers e.g. plastic screen covers on a mobile phone must be intact and any accessories must also be sent back e.g. memory cards. If any of the original items supplied with the product are missing then MPRO reserve the right to either refuse to accept the product back and it will be sent back to the customer at the customers cost or a further charge will be made to the customer based on the parts missing. The items that may come with a product are, but not limited to, mains chargers, box, manual, warranty details, covers, fascias, memory cards, protective covers etc. An admin fee of £15 may also be made to cover the cost of dealing with these issues.
Also Please Note that the product must be delivered back to MPRO within 14 days from when the customer receives the product or MPRO will reserve the right not to cancel the order.
MPRO GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
We provide a 14 day money back guarantee on mobile phones that may become faulty within this time period.
We provide a 28 day exchange (like for like) on mobile phones & accessories that may become faulty within this time period. In some cases a like for like exchange may not be possible and an alternative model may be provided, though we will contact you first if this is the case.
We provide a 6 month repair or exchange warranty on mobile phones that have a mono LCD display or where otherwise stated at point of sale.
We provide a 12 month repair or exchange warranty on mobile phones with a colour LCD display, though some models where indicated may only have a 6 month repair or exchange warranty (this is usually limited to older models).
We will refuse to accept products back for replacement or credit that have any physical damage or liquid ingress damage. In cases where a product has been physically damaged we may offer a chargeable repair service. Products that have been damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by emailing info@mpro.mobi and we may ask for a photo of the damage to be emailed to us. We will replace valid claims within 5 working days.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Some mobile phones provided by MPRO may still carry a manufacturer warranty; under these circumstances MPRO would advise customers to contact the relevant manufacturer if they require a repair as they may have a repair centre within their locality.
CUSTOMERS INFORMATION
By ordering on our website you are authorizing MPRO to use, store or otherwise process any personnel information which relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number and email address to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, market/communicate products and services and deal with any enquires relating to the same whether by MPRO, our partners, associates or sub-contractors. If you choose to purchase any products through our website or give us personnel information then we may collect information about your buying patterns also if you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by MPRO shall be referred to in these terms & conditions as personal information
A Contract or Agreement for the products selected shall only be formed once our confirmation of order email message has been correctly sent to your ISP's Server. It is your responsibility to verify your mailbox is properly working and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Our business is based around high quality customer service but on the rare occasion that we may receive a complaint we aim to deal with it as fairly and effectively as possible. TRADE-INS » MAKE, MODEL & GRADE
When trading in a mobile phone using our website form you will be asked to put the make, model and grade of handset you are trading in. We have a short quality spectrum for grading mobile phones; grade A being of the best working condition to grade D being the worst non-working condition. You will choose what you perceive as being the correct grade prior to returning the handset to us and you will be initially quoted a price based on our buyback price list. Our technicians will verify the perceived condition by performing rigorous tests on the traded in mobile phone. If the phone fails to meet the perceived quality grade we will at our discretion change it to what we perceive as being the actual grade of quality. (An example of this may be that a customer chooses the grade A option because the mobile phone powers on, but in fact it is found to be grade D because although it powers on, nothing else works on the handset due to some kind of internal damage).
If we find that the condition of the mobile phone we receive differs from that stated on our trade in form we will inform you by email and amend the final quote accordingly.
If we find the make and/or model we receive differs from that stated on our trade in form we will inform you by email and amend the final quote accordingly.
You will then need to decide whether to accept the new quote or reject it. If you reject it, we can return the mobile phone to you. We will charge you both the collection postage and the return postage
IMEI
On receiving a trade-in form through our website we will check the IMEI number using www.checkmend.co.uk to ascertain whether the mobile phone has been registered as being lost or stolen. This Blacklist check forms part of our standard security procedures to protect our business and our customers. If your mobile phone fails the blacklist check we will receive a fail certificate which we can email to you with advice on what to do next. If your mobile phone passes the blacklist check we will receive a pass certificate and will email you a quote stating how much we are willing to pay for your trade in mobile phone. We will not accept any blacklisted handsets.
It is important to you and to us that you make sure you chose the correct make, model, grade and IMEI number before submitting the form.
COLLECTION
We ask that single items (less than 10) are sent in using your own method of postage at your own cost, we advise you get proof of postage. However we will collect 10 or more items free of charge using our own courier. We will contact you to arrange collection.
PAYMENT
If you accept the final quote we will send a cheque in the post made payable to the name you state on the trade in form. If the payment is for a business name then we will require an official purchase order on company paper, it must include the company registration number and if VAT registered the VAT number must also be included.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
We are very confident that our customer order system is 100% secure. We use PayPal to process all of our payment transactions. PayPal are one of the worlds most respected and safe banking companies to work with.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
MPRO will not knowingly pass any of the details we have about our customers or any visitors to our website to any third party companies. We make sure we protect the privacy of your personal information using our highly secure databases.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept as secure as is possible and that the details you pass to us will be kept only to process orders. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, email address and contact telephone number. All information is collected in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfillment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email requesting this.
If you find inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our security policy. We do however; reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of prevention of crime. You will be notified in the event of any information being transferred outside the European economic area.
We may use the email addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the MPRO website and also send you information regarding new products and services that we think would interest you.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mails from MPRO in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and the way the site is being used to develop the design and layout of our website.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie', which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening if you prefer.

RISK
Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, the time when MPRO has tended delivery of the products.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries to UK Mainland domestic or business address are usually made within 3 working days between 8am and 6pm. A delivery charge of £2.00 per phone is added to all Mainland UK orders.
Please note for delivery to Northern Ireland please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
All orders processed will ONLY be delivered to the registered address of the card holder. This information will be checked at the time of the card being processed and if they do not match the order will NOT be processed. This is to combat high fraud levels in the mobile phone industry and to protect ourselves and our customers.
We will deliver to work addresses BUT only after we have spoken to the customer and acquired additional security information.
